With an M.Sc. (Agriculture) from the Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in 2006, the journey began with a deep understanding of agriculture, economics, and rural development.

Over the years, this path expanded across multiple respected institutions, including NCMSL, SBI, IDEI, and later into leadership roles within India’s financial and insurance sectors.

Professional Experience Highlights:

LIC of India – Served as a Development Officer for over 10 years, mentoring and managing 50+ agents, with a strong focus on entrepreneurship, sales leadership, and personal growth.

Axis Bank – Worked as a Senior Manager, gaining exposure to banking operations, customer solutions, and financial systems.

HDFC Life – Served as an Associate Circle Head, contributing to large-scale team management, strategic planning, and performance-driven leadership.

This blend of academics, corporate leadership, and field experience shapes the practical approach behind every course offered here.
